“Sehnsucht” is an immersive horror movie, a sensory audiovisual experience. Through unsettling fragments of memories and visions, Samuel and Amanda, devoted yet fragile, try to piece together their story while the Sehnsucht technology, designed to resurface dreams, reveals unpredictable and devastating side effects. What was meant to bring clarity instead drags them into a labyrinth of distorted perceptions, causing them to gradually lose awareness of what truly happened and what is merely taking shape in their minds.
